Booking method<\/h2>\n

Information on the rental service is also available in the E-mtb Rental<\/a> section. E-bikes can be picked up at the E-xplora Training Camp.
\nReservations must be made at least 24 hours before the desired rental date.<\/p>\n

When booking any service, you will need to enter all your personal details, telephone number and e-mail address.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”60px”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Method of payment for the tours<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”35px”][vc_column_text]E-xplora Trail tour<\/strong>: we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount agreed at the time of booking. The balance must be paid within 10 days of the departure of the Tour.<\/p>\n

E-xplora Day<\/strong>: we require payment of 100% of the total amount agreed at the time of booking. This must be completed no later than 5 days before the date of the event. When booking tours, you will need to provide your bank details in order to proceed with the payment.<\/p>\n

E-xplora Rent<\/strong>: a security deposit of 100% of the amount agreed at the time of booking is required for the rental service. The transaction will be completed when the e-bike is returned, after the bike has been checked.

Cancellation of reservation in case of renunciation or impediment<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”35px”][vc_column_text]E-xplora Trail<\/strong>: the booking fee is only refunded if the communication is sent within 15 days of the date of departure of the Tour. If the full amount has been paid, we will issue a coupon valid for participation in another trail to be used within the current year.<\/p>\n

E-xplora Day<\/strong>: the booking fee is non-refundable. We will issue a coupon valid for participation in another E-xplora Day to be used within the current year.

Cancellation of booking in case of bad weather<\/h2>\n
